• • • Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to customers during trials, product qualification and commercial production.

• Troubleshoot processing issues and recommend solutions to optimise performance.
• Lead customer complaint investigations, root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
• Conduct benchmarking and reverse engineering of competitive materials.
• Support localisation of global formulations for regional raw materials, processing conditions and regulatory requirements.
• Lead technical support for customer audits and compliance activities.
• Work closely with manufacturing, quality and commercial teams to ensure product consistency and customer satisfaction.
• Support the introduction and adoption of new products across the region.

• Successful customer adoption of Alphagary compounds.
• Reduction in customer complaints and faster issue resolution.
• Increased conversion of competitive opportunities.
• Effective localisation of products for the India and AMEA markets.

Strong customer audit outcomes and compliance performance

• • • Requirements:

Degree in Polymer Engineering, Plastics Technology, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or a related discipline.

• Strong background in polymer science, compounding and application engineering.

• Proven experience in customer-facing technical roles within PVC, HFFR, cable compounds or related polymer industries.

• Expertise in troubleshooting, root cause analysis and process optimisation.

• Hands-on experience using analytical laboratory equipment such as:

  • FTIR
  • DSC
  • TGA
  • Rheometers

• Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.

• Ability to work effectively across technical, commercial and manufacturing teams.

• Ability to balance global alignment with local execution.
