Technical Engineer

Responsibilities:   

• Develop new features or products for an area of our platform working alongside with Development Team

• Makes every effort possible to execute and to complete assigned stories/task within the constraints of time and scope.
       

• Collect information on the problem to pass it to the development/product team if necessary.

• Responsible for testing software functional, design and quality requirements for the components.
     

• Diagnosing the root cause of the problem and resolving them as per the SLA.
     

• Working with tools like postman, script editor, etc. to help customers provide quick solutions by writing scripts, etc.
     

• Coordinate with all cross functional team to analyse issues.
  
  
  
  Requirements:

• Experience – 0-1 Years

• Qualification - B-Tech in IT, Computer Science

• Knowledge in JavaScript/NodeJS.     

• Programming with good debugging skill is essential.

• Basic Knowledge in database such as Mongo dB, MySQL, Oracle.

• Knowledge in Data model language: XML, JSON, HTML.

• Good knowledge of REST APIs and tools like postman, etc.

• Knowledge of Basic Agile Methodology.

Qualification - B-Tech in IT, Computer Science
