About the role

We are looking for an

L1 Security Administrator

with hands-on experience in enterprise security operations,

Trend Micro Deep Security Manager (DSM)

, and firewall technologies such as

Palo Alto and Check Point

. The candidate will be responsible for security monitoring, first-level troubleshooting, incident handling, standard operational activities, and coordination with L2/L3 teams to ensure the security and availability of enterprise infrastructure.

About you

Preferred Qualifications

• Any Graduation with minimum

3 years of experience

in Security Operations/Data Centre environments.

• Hands-on experience with

Trend Micro DSM

is preferred.

• Experience with

Palo Alto and Check Point firewalls

.

• CCNA, Security+, PCNSA, PCNSA/PCNSE, Check Point certification, or equivalent certification will be an advantage.
• Experience working in a

24x7 Security Operations/Data Centre environment

.

• Basic knowledge of SIEM, vulnerability management, and endpoint security solutions will be an added advantage.

Soft Skills

• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to follow security SOPs and operational procedures.
• Ability to work in a

24x7 support environment

.

• Good incident ownership and escalation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure during critical incidents.
• Good team player with a proactive and learning-oriented approach.
