Requirements

AI
/ ML / GenAI Expertise (Mandatory)

• Strong understanding of LLMs (GPT, Gemini, Llama),
  transformers, embeddings, RAG.

• Hands-on experience with:

• Azure OpenAI / OpenAI API

• Cognitive Services

• Pinecone, Redis, or Vector DBs

• ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow preferred)

• Experience in designing and evaluating AI prompt
  strategies.

• Knowledge of model tuning, evaluation, and deployment.

Product
& Architectural Expertise

• 3+ years as a Product Owner or equivalent product
  leadership role.

• 5+ years as a Technical Architect or Senior Engineer.

• Experience building cloud-native applications
  (Azure/AWS/GCP).

• Strong understanding of microservices, API gateways,
  event-driven architecture.

• Ability to create product roadmaps, define KPIs, and
  drive delivery.

Soft
Skills

• Excellent communication and storytelling.

• Strong stakeholder and client handling skills.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence
  decisions.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, R&D-heavy
  environments.

Preferred
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science,
  Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent.

• Certifications:

• Azure AI Engineer Associate

• Azure Solutions Architect

• AI-900 / DP-100

• CSPO / PSPO

• Experience with MLOps, LangChain, Semantic Kernel
  (added advantage).
