• About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead - React to drive the technical direction and execution of our front-end development initiatives. This position goes beyond coding—you will lead a high-performing team, influence architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver world-class user experiences. You will be responsible for driving technical excellence, establishing development best practices, and ensuring our React applications are robust, scalable, and optimized for performance.

 
In this role, you will serve as both a hands-on technical expert and a mentor, guiding your team through complex technical challenges while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will partner with Product, UX, and backend teams to translate business objectives into technical solutions, ensuring that the front-end architecture supports long-term growth and maintainability.
