Role Purpose
To provide operational, administrative, coordination, and execution support to the Marketing Head Office team. The role involves assisting in marketing campaigns, vendor coordination, budgeting, MIS reporting, marketing asset management, and ensuring smooth execution of branding and promotional activities across business segments.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations Support
- Support planning and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for campaign implementation.
- Track campaign timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Assist in managing marketing calendars and project schedules.
Vendor & Agency Management
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, media partners, printers, and other vendors.
- Process vendor documentation and approvals.
- Track work orders, purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
- Ensure timely closure of vendor-related activities.
Budgeting & MIS Reporting
- Maintain marketing expense records and budgets.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Monitor campaign spends against approved budgets.
- Support monthly and quarterly reporting requirements.
Branding & Collateral Management
- Coordinate production and distribution of marketing collaterals.
- Manage inventory of promotional materials and branding assets.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines in all communication materials.
- Support branch branding and marketing activation requirements.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with business teams, operations, procurement, finance, compliance, and vendors.
- Support communication between Head Office and regional teams.
- Address routine queries related to marketing processes and campaigns.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain documentation for audit and compliance requirements.
- Track approvals and maintain records for marketing spends and campaigns.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timely execution of marketing activities.
- Accuracy and timeliness of MIS reports.
- Budget utilization and expense tracking accuracy.
- Vendor payment and invoice processing turnaround time.
- Compliance adherence and audit readiness.
- Stakeholder satisfaction levels.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- MBA (Marketing) preferred.
Experience
- 1-4 years of experience in Marketing Support, Marketing Operations, Business Support, Administration, or Coordination roles.
- Banking, Financial Services, or Corporate Marketing experience preferred.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- MIS reporting and data analysis skills.
