A Little About the Role

At Dulcedo, a Team Manager is much more than a people manager

• A true leader is what we look for: someone who enjoys coaching others, spotting strengths, unlocking potential, and building a winning team. You will oversee a team of Agents, help them grow in confidence and performance, and play a direct role in continuing to shape our healthy, dynamic and high-performing culture
• You will: - Lead, coach, and mentor a small team, helping each individual grow in performance, confidence, and accountability

• Hold regular 1:1s with team members to provide guidance, feedback, support, and strategic direction

• Partner closely with Associate Directors and leadership to align on priorities, performance, team needs, and business opportunities

• Take an active role in building your team through recruitment, selection,, and training, ensuring new hires are set up for long-term success.

• Lead performance reviews, support goal-setting, and help create development plans tailored to each team member

• Continue representing talent directly and contributing to sales performance, while leading by example

What You Bring

Ideally, you have around 5+ years of experience in talent management or influencer marketing and experience leading, mentoring, or supporting more junior team members, formally or informally.
