Team Leader - Field Sales

Job Profile-

As a Team Leader in the Field Sales Dept., you would be responsible for leading a team of 4-5 sales persons. There is no revenue target for yourself or your team members. The job involves identifying candidates within the SC/ ST and other lower income group community for a FREE Govt. Skill Development scheme. There are no sales. You have to build a team that will go to these areas and identify needy candidates and enrol them free of cost. There are targets for number of enrolments but the students do not have to pay any fees, so it is free enrolments. You will be responsible for creating tie-ups and relationships with representatives of the SC, ST & Minority community people which your team members will then work upon and generate enrolments.      

Graduate

Candidate Profile-

Ideal candidate should have minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in handling a sales team and should have extensive work experience on the field. He should be a hard core team leader driving performance of the team members. He should be able to continuously hire new members and motivate his team. 

Salary Range: 22 – 25 K pm with incentives

Age: 23 – 28 years.
