Team Lead – Android Development

Come join Entropik as the first full-time Android hire. We are looking for someone with deep knowledge and experience with the Android SDK to help us build amazing products that don't exist yet in the world. We are building our first Android client app. The ideal hire will take ownership over the Entropik Android library, the Android app, and be responsible for its future growth and architecture as we turn it into a world class product. 

Recent project include - Real-time mobile app analytics for the entire customer lifecycle with event-based analytics, crash analytics, heat map analytics and gesture recognition! Mobile event tracking, Mobile A/B testing (Python, JS)

At least 3 years of experience building, testing, deploying, and maintaining Android applications (show us your apps on Google Play!)

 Deep understanding of the Android SDK

 Knowledge of memory management and multi-threading. Our library runs on thousands of apps and devices and needs to be flawless on each.

 Knowledge of Android best practices and tools (e.g. Android Studio, Gradle, Maven, etc)

 Creative problem solving — we’re looking for people who aren’t afraid to push the boundaries

 Attention to detail

 You code as fluently as you speak

 Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.

 Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
