Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Scout to support our Corporate business hiring, this role will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent, ensuring we have the right individuals to meet our business objectives
Master’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field. With 5+ years of experience in recruitment.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in international hiring for any of this function HR / Finance / Legal
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, including applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.

Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
