• What you will do: - Lead advanced sourcing strategies to uncover top talent both actively and not actively on the market

• Build deep, diverse talent pipelines for technical, leadership, and hard-to-fill roles
• Partner with hiring managers and Human Resources Business Partners to define ideal profiles and support full-cycle recruiting
• Conduct screens and qualifying interviews, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate movement
• Promote WR’s culture and employer brand through outreach, social media, and relationship-driven engagement 
• Provide talent insights, competitive intelligence, and sourcing analytics to influence hiring decisions
