We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Intern to join our People team and work at the heart of our hiring engine.
This won’t be an internship where you spend six months observing from the sidelines. You’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers, support live roles, engage with candidates, coordinate interviews, track hiring progress, and help us continuously improve the candidate experience.
From sourcing great talent and managing interview logistics to building recruitment dashboards and supporting pre-boarding, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to the complete hiring lifecycle. You’ll also have opportunities to contribute to People Operations, employee engagement, culture, and employer-branding initiatives.

💰 Stipend: ₹20,000 per month
