• Track hiring metrics and ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with focus on sales hiring.
• Experience in a service-based or fast-paced environment.
• Excellent sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and hiring analytics.
