• Work Location: Pune (Remote)

• Experience: Min 1-3 years

• Responsibilities:
  · Engage with customers to gather and update fleet information, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Lead or participate in configuration reviews before product release to QA. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, team members, and end-users to provide status updates, address inquiries, and recommend system enhancements.
  · Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build complex systems that align with both functional and non-functional requirements. Conduct requirement analysis, evaluate technologies, determine optimal system components, and create high-level design documentation.
  · Install, configure, and validate hardware and software components. Work closely with customers, set up servers, configure network devices, and develop automation scripts to streamline system tasks and improve operational efficiency.
  · Monitor system performance, ensure system availability and reliability, and proactively address potential issues. Conduct troubleshooting by testing and analyzing CAN data playback. Identify, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to maintain system stability.
  · Perform regression testing on configurations using the Bus-In-Box setup to ensure compliance with system requirements.
  · Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system architecture, installation procedures, troubleshooting guides, and technical reports. Contribute to knowledge bases and create dashboards for enhanced system visibility.
  · Utilize Python scripting and SQL queries to develop tools for log analysis, automate processes, and enhance system diagnostics. Design and implement scripts and automation tools to optimize system performance, reduce manual efforts, and improve efficiency.

• Skills Required:
  · Experience in simulation and test bench setup, including real-time regression testing.
  · Proficient in Python or other scripting languages for automation and data analysis.
  · Experience with SQL is a plus.
  · Ability to modify scripts, update/read vehicle databases, and generate reports.
  · Strong expertise in root cause analysis and troubleshooting system/server failures.
  · Knowledge of vehicle health monitoring, maintenance points, and performance analysis.
  · Hands-on experience in system administration and network configuration for hardware/software setup.
  · Proficient in monitoring system performance, availability, and reliability.
  · Familiarity with CAN communication protocols (J1939, PGN, SPN) for data analysis.
  · Ability to decipher, playback, and analyze CAN captures for troubleshooting.
  · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing system issues.
  · Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office for documentation and reporting.
  · Experience in vendor coordination, stakeholder engagement, and technical documentation.

• Education: BE/BTech in, Electronics Electronics/Electronics and Communications Engineer.
