Systems Analyst

• About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced

Senior Java Full Stack Developer

with strong proficiency in

JavaScript

and

TypeScript

to lead backend development initiatives. This role requires hands-on expertise in building scalable, secure, and high-performance systems, along with the ability to guide junior developers and influence architectural decision.

• Architect, design, and develop backend services using

Java

JavaScript

, and

TypeScript

.

• Build scalable

RESTful APIs / GraphQL APIs

and microservices.

• Optimize application performance, implement caching, and ensure system reliability.
• Own end-to-end delivery: coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Integrate with internal systems, third-party services, and cloud platforms.
• Work with databases such as

MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis

.

• Enforce coding best practices, conduct code reviews, and ensure high code quality.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers.

6–10 years

of strong hands-on experience with

Java

• Expert-level proficiency in

JavaScript (ES6+)

and

TypeScript

• Strong experience with

microservices architecture

and distributed systems.

• Solid understanding of

asynchronous programming

, event-driven architecture, and design patterns.

• Hands-on experience with

• Strong experience with
