Job Description

Creating, owning and provide technical support for the implementation of Business Requirements across projects in business line.

Technology Stack Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of relevant technologies and OBDX platform including mobile apps, web applications, MFA, APIs, and database systems, to support digital channel services.
Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of digital channel applications to provide a fast and responsive user experience.
Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support for any digital channel-related issues, collaborating with the IT support team to resolve them promptly.
API Integration: Work on integrating external APIs and third-party services to enhance the functionality and features of digital channels.
Documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation for digital Channel solutions, ensuring that it is up-to-date and accessible to the team
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Experience: 6 to 10 years
