Job Description

Job Description: Support Engineer – EDMS (2 Headcounts)

Role Overview

The Support Engineers will provide day-to-day operational and production support for the EDMS platform. This role focuses on incident resolution, service request implementation, system maintenance, and documentation to ensure smooth and reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily production support for the EDMS system.
Perform incident troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution.
Implement and manage service requests (SRs).
Support patch testing and deployment activities.
Maintain system documentation and update SOPs.
Monitor system logs and perform proactive issue detection.

Technologies / Skills Required

Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF IR).
Working knowledge of Snowflake.
Familiarity with Power BI Gateway.
Strong SQL skills and experience with data pipelines.
Experience in log analysis, monitoring, and alerting.
Prior experience working in Singapore-based or Microsoft-centric environments is preferred.
