Job Responsibilities

• Participates in transaction accounting engagements supporting financial reporting and deal execution.
• Reviews accounting analyses and supporting schedules prepared by junior team members.
• Assists in preparation of technical memos and client deliverables.
• Applies intermediate accounting knowledge to transaction-related issues.
• Supports coaching and development of associates and senior associates.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 4–6 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or progress toward CPA.
• Experience supporting complex accounting engagements.
