Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a student employee to fill the role of Virtual Tutor with our partner organization Learn to Be. Learn To Be offers a flexible, fully remote opportunity for college students with Federal Work Study to serve as
tutors. In this role, you'll work 1-on-1 with the same student(s) each week, building meaningful connections and helping them grow academically over time.
You’ll set your own schedule, choose the grade levels and subjects you're most comfortable tutoring, and even select the students you’d like to work with. Whether you prefer working with younger students or focusing on specific subjects, you’ll have the freedom to create a tutoring experience that fits you. No prior tutoring or teaching experience is required, and students from all majors are welcome to apply!
Tutors must be comfortable conducting sessions over Zoom. For safety and quality assurance, all sessions are recorded and reviewed as needed.

The hourly pay range for this position is $13.00 - $15.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.
