STORE KEEPER

Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, tools, and equipment at project sites. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the store management system. Conduct regular stock checks and ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid shortages. Coordinate with the procurement and site teams to ensure smooth workflow. Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss. Monitor material usage and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports. Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized store environment. Assist in budgeting for materials and provide input on inventory management practices.

Requirements

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of

experience

as a Store Keeper, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.

Education:

Diploma or degree in any discipline. Additional

qualifications

in inventory or store management will be an advantage. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
