Sr Senior Salesforce Developer

Summary: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of

experience

to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations, with a strong track record of designing, developing, and maintaining scalable solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This role is critical in enhancing our CRM capabilities, streamlining sales and service operations, and ensuring seamless integration across enterprise systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions that align with business objectives, leveraging best practices in Salesforce development and architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and components within Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud - Implement and optimize workflows, process builders, flows, and triggers to automate business processes - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather

and translate them into technical solutions - Ensure data integrity, security, and performance through proper configuration and code standards - Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and web services - Conduct unit and system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support and maintenance - Document technical designs, configurations, and processes for knowledge sharing and future reference - Stay current with Salesforce releases, platform updates, and emerging best practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on

experience

developing and deploying solutions on the Salesforce platform - Proven

experience

with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations and customizations - Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL -

Experience

with Salesforce integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and version control (Git) - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II) are highly desirable - Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Location: Bangalore and Remote.
