The Sr. Proposal Solution Consultant will manage their assigned proposals from end-to-end, including setting up project workspaces in the proposal database, scheduling and facilitating strategy calls, and developing accurate and tailored product-specific responses based upon a prospect or customer's requirements. Skills required include but are not limited to project management, the ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, document editing, coordinating/collaborating with internal team members, SMEs, and other partners, and deadline management.

The Sr. Proposal Solution Consultant will utilize their product knowledge, proven project management skills, including proactive, clear communication, and critical thinking with a focus on problem-solving and problem-resolution to complete their project tasks on schedule and with high quality

• Primary Responsibilities: Participation in the Request for Proposal process to include:
• Creating and managing workspaces and projects in Ombud
• Serving as project lead for all assigned proposals, taking product first passes on virtually all components of a proposal
• Primary expertise to focus on completing ALL functional components of proposals, including but not limited to:
• HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce Management
• Following the proposal process, documented guidelines
• Effectively managing all timelines while meeting internal and external deadlines
• Producing high-quality, customized, and accurate responses to proposals
• Working closely with external product partners, UKG departments, and advisors to collaborate on completed portions
• Working closely with the Sales, Pre-Sales, and product SMEs to ensure accuracy and timely submissions
• Schedule and coordinate kick-off calls and/or strategy meetings and collaborative efforts with other assigned SMEs via tools (i.e., Ombud/Salesforce)
• Assist in updating database content and collaborate with Proposal Services Curator(s)

Other Responsibilities:

• Participate in product learning sessions/courses (scheduled/as needed)
• Attend all Proposal Services team and offsite sales meetings
• Manage and submit monthly expenses
• Manage and complete project assignments as needed

Required Background and Skills:

• Ability to effectively function within a team environment, including communication, relationship development, and teamwork with all Proposal, Pre-Sales, and Sales team members, as well as subject matter experts throughout the organization and with partners
• Become proficient in the following tools: Ombud, Salesforce, Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Concur, and proposal tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines/constraints
• Knowledge of Global Human Capital and Workforce Management needs, minimum five years of WFM/HCM/Payroll experience
• Knowledge of UKG Pro is a plus
• Implementation experience is a plus
• Critical thinking and research skills are required
• Must be highly motivated and be able to work independently
• College degree preferred
• CPP and/or PHR/SPHR certification recommended
• Proficient with current and upcoming technology trends
• Knowledge of UKG, and proposal management tools desired

Work Flexibility

• Willing to work in US shift hours based on business requirements.
• Open to working from the office 5 days a week during the initial 6‑month period as a mandatory requirement.
• Flexible to adjust work arrangements as per business and operational needs.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities, workloads, and evolving operational demands
