Sr. Executive - Sales

As a Sr. Executive - Sales, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and achieving sales targets. Your commercial acumen and industry knowledge will be key in identifying new business opportunities and new Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and panel builders. You will act as a trusted advisor, offering technical consultation and ensuring customer satisfaction.- Identify and new OEMs and panel builders specializing in power products.

• Generate leads through market research, industry events, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Address customer queries and concerns promptly, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the power product industry.
• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
• Offer technical expertise and provide product demonstrations and training.
• Lead pricing and contract negotiations to secure profitable deals.
• Customize proposals based on client requirements and project specifications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, analyzing market needs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the power product industry.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
• Proficiency in market research and lead generation techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Knowledge of power products and their applications is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
