Sr. Executive - Forex CPC| Chennai

The Sr. Executive - Forex CPC is responsible for authorizing Trade Finance, Retail Inland and Forex transactions processed through the Centralized Trade Processing Cell. 

The role ensures accurate transaction authorization, adherence to internal policies, FEMA/RBI regulations, ICC guidelines, operational controls and service standards while supporting business units and branches across the Bank.

Authorize Trade Finance, Retail Inland, and Forex transactions in accordance with approved policies, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.

Verify trade transactions to ensure compliance with FEMA, RBI, ICC, AML, and internal policy requirements.

Ensure adherence to defined TATs and service standards across all products handled by the unit.

Execute transaction authorization with due diligence to prevent operational losses, errors, and missed transactions.

Provide timely support to branches and stakeholders for resolution of Trade and Forex-related queries.

Monitor and maintain compliance with operational controls, risk management, and governance requirements.

Support internal, concurrent, external, and regulatory audits and ensure timely closure of observations.

Stay updated on regulatory changes, AML/KYC requirements, and Trade Finance practices through continuous learning and certification programs through e-learning course modules.

Experience: 3 - 5 years

Qualification: Graduation/ Post‑Graduation (Any specialization)
Trade IIBF certification preferable
