  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on benefits strategy, financial stewardship, workforce trends, regulatory risk, and investment priorities.

  • Lead benefits governance, fiduciary oversight, committee leadership, and regulatory compliance across all benefit programs.

  • How We Work:

Center on the Customer

Every decision we make starts with our customer. From what materials we use in our manufacturing process to what music we play in our stores.

Create with Curiosity

Curiosity allows us to imagine – and then do - better.  By asking questions like, “what if?” and “why not?” we challenge the status quo, grow from our experiences, and inspire dynamic creativity everywhere.

Collaborate with Candor

Exchanging candid and direct perspectives brings out the best in us, pushing us to go beyond what we can see alone. We listen to each other and find common ground.
