Reporting to the Asset, Standards, and Ownership Leader, you will support the deployment, governance, and continuous improvement of the Lean Supply Chain Pillar within the Conagra Performance System. You will partner with manufacturing sites, platform leadership, supply chain teams, and enterprise stakeholders to eliminate losses, strengthen standards, build organizational capability, and deliver sustainable operational performance. You will serve as a Lean Supply Chain subject matter expert, leveraging Lean methodologies, data analytics, performance management, and digital manufacturing tools to identify opportunities, prioritize improvement efforts, and accelerate business results across manufacturing and supply chain operations. This role requires up to 75% travel to manufacturing sites, corporate meetings, and company events. ## A Taste of Your Responsibilities

Pay Range:$82,000-$120,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
