Department Overview

Results-driven IAM Analyst with hands-on experience in authentication, directories, and security operations. Skilled in supporting enterprise IAM platforms, resolving access issues, and improving security quality and operational processes. Proven ability to collaborate across technical and business teams to enhance security posture, streamline workflows, and support audit and compliance requirements.

Duties

• 3+ years of related hands-on operations analyst experience
• Provided end-to-end support for IAM users and stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of access requests and incidents.
• Managed and prioritized IAM ticket queues (ServiceNow, Jira), maintaining strong SLAs and customer satisfaction.
• Monitored identity data integrations to resolve data quality issues, escalating when necessary to maintain system integrity.
• Investigated access alerts and security incidents, performing root cause analysis, and implementing remediation actions.
• Supported IAM platform maintenance activities, including patching, upgrades, and operational health checks.
• Generated reports and performed data clean-up to improve identity accuracy and reduce risk exposure.
• Prepared and delivered audit artifacts to support compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Contributed knowledge-based documentation and standard operating procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams (security, application owners, and business stakeholders) to resolve issues and improve IAM processes.
• Identify and recommend enhancements to IAM tools and workflows, driving continuous improvement in user experience and security posture.

Qualifications

• Directory & Identity Systems: Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, ADFS
  (Also having Saviynt, Silverfort, and/or BeyondTrust experience is a plus)

• ITSM & Workflow Tools: ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence

• Automation & Integration: APIs and scripting (PowerShell)

• Security & Operations: Access reviews, audit support, alert investigation

• Data & Reporting: Data validation, reporting, analytics
