As our
, you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the Revenue Cycle Organization. You’ll lead efforts in reporting, analysis, automation, and quality assurance—delivering high-impact solutions that support operational excellence and executive visibility.
Report Creation- Design and deliver recurring Power BI and ad-hoc Excel reports to stakeholders.
Acquire and manage data from internal and external sources.
Ensure timely delivery of insights for business-critical decisions.
Analysis- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Translate findings into clear, concise summaries for leadership and operations.
Support strategic initiatives with data-driven recommendations.
Automation & Process Improvement- Utilize development tools such as SQL Server, Snowflake, Databricks, and Git.
Experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python, and/ or YAML.
Identify and implement process enhancements to improve quality, efficiency, and accuracy.
AI Agent Design for Reporting
Design and develop AI-powered agents to automate insight generation and reporting workflows.
Integrate AI models to enhance analytics capabilities and enable intelligent decision support.
Evaluate and implement AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy in data-driven processes.
Data Modeling
Design and optimize large-scale data models to support complex analytics and reporting requirements.
Implement dimensional modeling and star schema architectures for efficient data analysis.
Collaborate with data engineers to ensure scalable and maintainable data structures.
Quality Assurance- Establish and enforce validation standards for data integrity and report accuracy.
Conduct thorough QA checks on deliverables and reporting outputs.
Document and maintain quality protocols to ensure consistency.
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $52,025.00 - $97,528.69 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%
