We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Gurgaon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

• We will count on you to:

• Develop a strong understanding of the insurance broking business, systems in force and practice(s) that you are responsible for

• Complete the tasks assigned with a high level of quality and within allocated time

• Communicate progress to supervisors and highlight any escalations, on a timely basis

• Support supervisors(s) in knowledge codification and transfer through effective documentation

• Share best practice knowledge with team members

• Partner with managers to improve efficiency and quality

• Follow up with managers/brokers/ practice data experts in case of ambiguities / questions

• What you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline

• 0 to 2 years of experience in data analysis and reporting

• High degree of comfort in capturing data from both structured (systems/files/tables etc.) and unstructured (documents) data sources on an everyday basis

• Attention to detail and holding yourself to high standards of accuracy and timeliness

• Identifying errors and gaps in raw data and performing data cleaning, manipulation, validation and processing as a part of daily operations

• MUST have a strong expertise in Advanced Excel, VBA and SQL along with an excellent ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

• Additional skills in Power BI, Python or Tableau is a plus
