We are looking for a
to play a critical role in both pre-sales and post-sales engagements, acting as a bridge between our technical capabilities and customer needs. You will work closely with Account Executives during the sales cycle and collaborate with the Product and Engineering team post-sale to ensure seamless implementation and customer success.
Partner with Account Executives (AEs) to support technical pre-sales efforts, including custom product demos, solution design, and proof-of-concepts tailored to customer requirements.
Address technical objections and articulate the value of our solution to ensure customer confidence.
Act as a
, guiding prospects and customers through the evaluation and adoption of our platform.
Build, maintain and document demos, and POCs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth pilot and implementation process, working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations.
Technical experience in data engineering, ETL, data applications, data science
Developer experience in at least of the following. python, scala, java, or R.
Understanding of GenAI concepts and agentic frameworks.
