Solution Architect – .NET / Full Stack

About the Role

We are looking for a Solution Architect – .NET / Full Stack who can think beyond development and take ownership of the overall technical direction of software solutions.

The role requires someone who can take a broad or loosely defined business idea, understand what the business actually needs, identify the product scope and workflows, design the solution, plan its execution, and guide the technical team through implementation.

The ideal candidate should have CTO-level ownership and strategic thinking at the project/solution level, while remaining hands-on with .NET development.

Key Responsibilities

Translate high-level business ideas into complete product and technical solutions.

Think independently about users, features, workflows, business rules, dependencies, integrations and edge cases.

Define overall project flow, technical roadmap, architecture, priorities and development stages.

Design scalable architecture, modules, databases, APIs and integrations.

Evaluate technical approaches and make practical technology decisions.

Guide developers and take ownership of complex technical challenges.

Review architecture, designs and code and maintain technical standards.

Work closely with management/client stakeholders to understand business objectives and provide technical direction.

Remain hands-on with C#, .NET / .NET Core, ASP.NET Core/MVC, Web API and SQL Server.

Contribute to complex development, debugging and performance optimization when required.

Requirements

6+ years of strong software engineering experience, preferably with experience as a Solution Architect / Technical Architect / Technical Lead.
Excellent analytical, logical and systems/product-thinking ability.

Ability to work with ambiguous or incomplete requirements and independently determine what needs to be built.

Strong understanding of architecture, design patterns, APIs, databases and software development lifecycle.

Full-stack experience with Angular/React or similar technologies is preferred.

Strong communication, ownership and technical leadership skills.
