We're seeking a highly capable, motivated Solution Architect with expertise in Java Full Stack development to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing technology solutions. This individual will take a leading role in shaping our technical direction, collaborating with teams across multiple regions, and driving forward innovative ideas that align with company goals. We're looking for a leader who excels in a rapidly evolving environment and holds genuine passion for building forward-thinking fintech products

• Develop software solutions built around strong security, scalability, and dependability standards to meet business goals
• Chart and implement technology direction across or more products by working with important stakeholders
• Join forces with senior technical and product leadership to shape and execute solutions that deliver measurable value
• Work in close partnership with international Solution Architecture and Engineering teams to establish shared standards and practices
• Liaise with broader technical and architecture functions to ensure consistency with company-wide strategic goals
• Explore and compare multiple technical solution paths by tapping into both established and emerging technology options
• Accelerate software delivery through specialized knowledge of microservices architecture within the fintech space
• Coach and support engineering teams to promote strong technical practices and sustained improvement
• Coordinate directly with product owners and operations personnel to ensure trouble-free software deployment
• Support agile ways of working and help build a culture defined by cooperation and shared effort
• Actively participate in creating prototypes and untangling complex technical problems
• Uphold high technical quality standards and prioritize solutions designed to last

• More than 14 years of experience in product engineering, with a focus on building solutions that scale effectively
• Firm grasp of essential Computer Science fundamentals, web application development, and microservices design principles
• Experience developing financial systems built to manage substantial transaction volumes, global scale, and near-continuous availability
• Competent in web technologies including HTML5, CSS, and front-end frameworks such as React and Angular
• Solid back-end development experience using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot
• Working knowledge of database technologies like PostgreSQL or SQL Server for large-scale system implementations
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native platforms such as PCF, Kubernetes, Azure, or AWS
• Comfortable working within Agile structures that prioritize collaboration and iterative delivery
• Proven ability to coach development teams while encouraging a culture of technical advancement
• Willing to actively build prototypes as a means of addressing business-related challenges
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Proven background in Java, J2EE, RESTful APIs, React, and Angular
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate
• Experience with API tooling and design principles suited to large-scale system environments
• Knowledge of cloud and DevOps architectural practices, particularly with Azure or AWS
• Competent in database technologies including PostgreSQL and various NoSQL platforms
