We're aiming to add a talented, driven Solution Architect who brings solid Java Full Stack development experience to help create secure, scalable, and high-performing technology solutions. This individual will play a key part in setting our technical vision, working alongside teams distributed globally, and pushing forward fresh concepts that align with broader business ambitions. We're seeking a leader who does well in a constantly shifting landscape and shows genuine passion for crafting cutting-edge fintech solutions

• Produce software solutions designed with strong emphasis on security, scalability, and dependability to satisfy business requirements
• Outline and execute technology direction across single or multiple products while collaborating with key stakeholders
• Partner alongside senior technical and product leadership to shape and implement solutions that generate real, measurable impact
• Sustain tight coordination with international Solution Architecture and Engineering functions to build unified standards and approaches
• Remain engaged with broader architecture and technical teams to ensure work stays consistent with company strategy
• Assess and compare different technical solution paths by leveraging a mix of proven and emerging technology options
• Fast-track software delivery by contributing deep understanding of microservices architecture within the fintech domain
• Support and coach engineering teams to reinforce strong technical foundations and continuous progress
• Collaborate closely with product owners and operational teams to facilitate seamless software launches
• Promote agile working methods and help shape a team culture built on collaboration and mutual reliance
• Get directly involved in prototype creation and resolving complex technical obstacles
• Maintain strong technical quality standards while favoring solutions built to endure over time

• More than 14 years spent in product engineering, with particular focus on crafting scalable solutions
• Strong command of foundational Computer Science principles, web application construction, and microservices architectural design
• Experience constructing financial systems capable of processing large transaction volumes, operating globally, and sustaining near-continuous availability
• Proficient with web technologies like HTML5, CSS, and front-end frameworks such as React and Angular
• Substantial back-end development background involving Java, Spring, and Spring Boot
• Working familiarity with database technologies such as PostgreSQL or SQL Server for large-scale system needs
• Direct experience with cloud-native platforms including PCF, Kubernetes, Azure, or AWS
• At home working within Agile environments that value collaboration and incremental progress
• History of mentoring engineering teams while fostering a culture focused on continuous technical growth
• Willing to take a hands-on approach to prototype building for solving business challenges
• Effective communicator capable of bridging both technical and non-technical audiences

• Solid track record with Java, J2EE, RESTful APIs, React, and Angular
• Exposure to frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate
• Experience applying API tooling and design standards within large-scale system contexts
• Familiarity with cloud and DevOps architectural practices, particularly involving Azure or AWS
• Proficient in database technologies including PostgreSQL and a variety of NoSQL platforms
