We're looking to welcome a skilled, self-motivated Solution Architect with a strong Java Full Stack development background to produce secure, scalable, high-performing technical solutions. This person will hold a central position in guiding our technology strategy, coordinating with teams spread across various regions, and championing new ideas that support wider organizational aims. Responsibilities

Requirements

14+ years of product engineering experience centered on developing solutions capable of scaling well
-
Well-established knowledge of core Computer Science concepts, web application building, and microservices architecture

Background creating financial platforms engineered to support high transaction throughput, worldwide operation, and near-uninterrupted uptime

Capable with web technologies such as HTML5, CSS, and front-end frameworks including React and Angular
-
Strong experience in back-end development leveraging Java, Spring, and Spring Boot
-
Familiarity with database solutions such as PostgreSQL or SQL Server suited for large-scale environments
-
Practical experience with cloud-native technologies including PCF, Kubernetes, Azure, or AWS
-
Comfortable thriving within Agile frameworks centered on teamwork and incremental delivery cycles
-
Track record mentoring engineering teams while promoting a mindset of continual technical development
-
Ready to get hands-on with prototype development to tackle business-oriented problems

Skilled in communicating effectively with a mix of technical and non-technical audiences

Demonstrated skills in Java, J2EE, RESTful APIs, React, and Angular
