, you will be part of our global people technology team, playing a pivotal role in building scalable, future-ready solutions that help support Maersk’s people strategy.
Maersk offers a unique opportunity to join a global People Technology team focused on optimising and evolving HR technology solutions. As a Software Engineer, you will work across modules including Recruitment, Compensation, Benefits supporting both frontend and backend technologies such as the Maersk Career Site, Workday ecosystem. Beyond application support and enhancement, you will partner with the People Function as a trusted advisor, translating complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions. The role also drives AI and automation initiatives to streamline HR processes, improve employee experiences, enhance decision-making, and increase operational efficiency across the HR technology landscape.

APIs, with basic understanding of OAuth2.0 authentication protocols and OWASP security best practices
, including micro services architecture, App Services, API Management/Gateways, cloud-native development, and system integrations.
experience, including CI/CD pipelines (GitHub), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and containerized deployment using Docker
