This is a hands-on role where you‘ll take ownership of technical decisions, mentor junior developers, and directly influence our product direction.
What We‘re Looking For:**
✅ Strong expertise in **JavaScript & Node.js** comfortable building and optimizing server-side applications
✅ Proven experience with **React Native** or native mobile development (iOS/Android)
✅ Ability to architect scalable solutions across frontend and backend
✅ **Team building & management expertise\
— experience leading technical teams or mentoring developers
✅ Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
✅ Understanding of databases, APIs, and system design
✅ Problem-solving mindset with attention to code quality and best practices
✅ Bonus: Experience with Agile methodologies and technical documentation
Experience & Compensation:**
**1-3 years experience:** ₹60,000/month
**3-5 years experience:\
Up to ₹1,00,000/month
Compensation is based on your experience level, portfolio, and demonstrated expertise.
