As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Responsibilities 

• Leading development and deployment of software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance 
• Managing client relationships and expectations to deliver exceptional user experiences 
• Guiding teams in the design, coding, and testing of applications that enhance business performance 
• Applying technical leadership in API Management and software development methodologies to optimize project outcomes 
• Guiding teams in building scalable full-stack solutions using Java, Python, .NET, and JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as Angular and React, with strong focus on APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration 
• Leveraging Azure Infrastructure and AI Services (Azure Functions, Agentic AI Services) to guide teams in cloud-native development and enable faster deployment cycles 
• Overseeing the integration of enterprise applications and confirming seamless functionality across systems 
• Conducting code reviews and maintaining coding standards to uphold software quality 
• Implementing and optimizing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline development processes and team efficiency 
• Establishing and enforcing source control, branching, and release management standards across teams 
• Analyzing system components to identify linkages and interactions for improved software architecture 
• Mentoring team members to develop their skills and encourage professional growth 
• Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and stakeholders to maintain project alignment 
• Leads teams through ambiguity, helping define technical approaches, priorities, and execution plans when requirements are evolving

   

What You Must Have 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 

• 12 to 14 years of relevant experience in software engineering or related technology roles.
