In this role, you will plan, design, develop, and test software systems and applications for product enhancements and new capabilities, including cloud-based, internet-enabled, and AI-driven solutions. You will leverage modern software engineering practices and emerging technologies such as Generative AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation to deliver scalable, efficient, and impactful products that enhance customer experiences and drive business value

• Role and Responsibilities:

• Develops, codes, tests and debugs new complex software solutions or enhancements to existing product
• Designs, plans, develops and improves applications using routine and advanced technology
• Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives. Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques
• Encourage high coding standards, using best practices and high quality
• Regularly interacts with subordinate supervisors, architects, product managers,  on matters concerning projects. Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship
• Provides technical mentorship and cultural/competency-based guidance to teams
• Provides larger business/product context. Mentors on specific tech stacks/technologies

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Minimum

4–6 years of relevant software development experience

.

• Master’s degree in

Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

from a reputed/accredited university.

• Proven experience working in

fast-paced Agile software development environments

.

• Strong expertise in

Core Java

 and

microservices-based application development using Spring Boot

.

• Solid understanding of

AI/ML concepts

, including experience leveraging

Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot), prompt engineering, or integrating AI services/APIs into enterprise applications

.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to apply AI-driven solutions to business and technical challenges.
• Strong knowledge of

Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Apache Kafka, RESTful services, and Oracle databases

.

• Experience with

cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP

, including exposure to AI/ML services offered by these platforms.

• Familiarity with software development best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development tools.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-disciplined, proactive, highly collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
