If you’re excited to shape how the world works, you’ll help build systems used daily across Microsoft Teams, Zoom, ServiceNow, Zendesk, GitHub, and many more - deeply embedded where people get things done. You’ll ship agentic capabilities on an open, extensible stack, with the craft and care required for enterprise trust, as we bring Work AI to every employee, in every company.
Design and ship workflows that help users evaluate agent quality, inspect results, and understand failure modes.
Build product loops that help agents improve over time through feedback, evals, optimization, and self-improvement primitives.
Help users deploy and operate both auto-mode agents and more independent agents with the right guardrails, controls, and visibility.
Work across frontend, backend, prompting, harness behaviour, infrastructure and product systems to turn agent capabilities into polished user experiences.
Partner closely with design, product, research, and go-to-market teams to identify high-value agent use cases and make them successful in practice.
Balance product ambition with engineering rigor, making thoughtful tradeoffs across quality, latency, trust, and cost.
Minimum 6+ years of experience building product software.
Strong coding skills in languages such as Go, Python, Java or Typescript, with an emphasis on building reliable, well-tested systems.
Experience building AI, agentic, workflow, automation, or developer-product experiences is a strong plus.
Strong product sense and comfort working across both user-facing experiences and backend systems.
Leadership skills and past management experience are a bonus.
