• Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test full-stack applications (UI, APIs, and microservices) using Java
• Deliver solutions using Agile SDLC practices and engineering best practices
• Build, maintain, and optimize database solutions and queries
• Ensure application, cloud, and database performance, scalability, and reliability
• Develop and maintain automated UI and API test frameworks
• Perform end-to-end validation and troubleshoot issues across UI, API, and backend layers
• Drive quality engineering initiatives, including test stability, risk assessment, and release readiness
• Contribute to AI-driven testing and automation capabilities
• Build domain knowledge of Healthcare Benefits and Plan Administration processes
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). • Required Qualifications:

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with Kanban, Rally, and Agile development methodologies
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies and cloud-native applications
• Experience building and supporting web services, APIs, and full-stack web applications (backend and frontend)
• Experience developing and automating JUnit and regression test suites for Java applications
• Experience in UI test automation using Playwright and Selenium
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in Agile environments
• Expertise in developing microservices and implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, NoSQL, Splunk, Kafka, and JSON
• Proficiency with MySQL and MongoDB databases, including data validation and query optimization
• Proven solid troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills across application, API, and database layers
