Now we’re doing something harder. We’re rebuilding Amperity as an AI-first company—not bolting a chatbot old software, but putting agents at the center of how customer data actually gets used. We shipped the industry’s first identity resolution agent, then the first enterprise Customer Data Agent that turns a plain-language question into a live segment without waiting on an engineering queue. The bet underneath all of it is simple, and we think it’s correct: The potential of AI will not be realized for a brand until it’s grounded and activated against a true, unified view of the customer. The market at-large is focused on intelligence, and we are focused on being  the who can make it trustworthy.

The Role

As a Software Development Engineer, you’ll join a highly motivated and collaborative engineering team to develop advanced data pipelines, create flexible marketing solutions, and integrate powerful AI capabilities enabling our clients to gain deeper insights and activate their data strategically. You’ll work on a world-class, mission-critical platform that sits at the heart of our customers’ data ecosystems, directly influencing how they understand and engage with their audiences.

Interesting Problems

• Process and understand large amounts of structured and unstructured customer, product, and event data

• Building delightful, full-stack experiences and toolsets to help users visualize their data, understand their customers and surface the most impactful insight 

• Use the latest data science and AI advancements to build experiences that accelerate the time to value for data developers and marketers 

• Integrate our system into the operating core of the businesses we serve 

• Improve how marketers use their customer data

About You

• 5+ experience including 3+ years developing enterprise software 

• 3+ years of experience building applications on database technologies experience with big data technologies

• 3+ years working in a production environment. In this duration, you have shown an ability to get products and features released to customers 

• Excited about using or learning functional languages (like Clojure!) in a production environment

•  Passionate about building elegant user experiences on top of complex technology

• Collaborative, inclusive, and inspired by your customers’ success

Technologies We Use

We don’t expect you to have experience with everything we use—but if you’re excited about learning, you’ll do great here

• Our tech stack includes: - Large-scale data engines like Apache Spark, Presto, and Kafka.

• Functional programming languages including Clojure, ClojureScript, and the React ecosystem.

• Cloud-native infrastructure built with Kubernetes and Terraform, deployed across multiple cloud providers.

• Machine learning models and systems including random forests, logistic regression, and probabilistic databases.

Location

Argentina - Remote

This role is remote, with a small number of meaningful in-person gatherings designed to support alignment and collaboration.
