We’re looking for a Software Development Engineer II (Full Stack) to join our Agency Module, Platform Billing, and team. These products form a critical part of HighLevel’s Agency ecosystem, enabling agencies to seamlessly create and manage their accounts, the platform, manage subscriptions and billing, and scale their businesses. Today, 100K+ agencies use HighLevel, collectively serving 2M+ businesses of all sizes, primarily SMBs. The systems we build support critical parts of the agency lifecycle and directly contribute to agency growth by making, account management, and billing experiences reliable and seamless. The team builds and scales key capabilities across Agency Signup and Company Management, Platform Billing, and Agency. Our experiences help new agencies get started with HighLevel, configure their accounts, discover and adopt key platform capabilities, and move from signup to successfully using the platform. Together, these systems provide the foundation for agencies to, operate, and grow their businesses on HighLevel. As an SDE-2, you’ll work across the frontend and backend, building and delivering features across these systems. You’ll work on scalable APIs and services, data-driven workflows, integrations, and modern frontend experiences while developing a strong understanding of the products and systems you work on. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers to take features from requirements through implementation and production, contribute to technical discussions, and continuously improve the quality and reliability of the systems you work on.
