The Role We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with 5+ years of relevant

experience

to build and enhance applications and tools that support our Quant, Infrastructure, Compliance, and Operations teams. You will work closely with users to understand real-world problems, evaluate potential solutions, and take ownership of implementation from design and development through testing, deployment, and post-deployment monitoring. You will build reliable, intuitive systems that improve internal workflows and support critical trading operations in a fast-paced environment. • Design, build, and maintain in-house web applications and software that support trading and business-critical workflows.
• Work closely with Quant, Infrastructure, Compliance, and Operations teams to understand

• Build intuitive and efficient user experiences for internal systems and applications used by trading and other teams.

• Evaluate different technical approaches and make thoughtful design decisions based on performance, maintainability, and user requirements.
• Own solutions across development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment monitoring.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application performance and reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience, preferably within an HFT or algorithmic trading environment.
• Engineering degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• Strong

experience

with Python web application development, preferably using Django. •

Experience

with front-end technologies including HTML, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React or Angular. •

Experience

with Shell, Perl, and/or Python scripting.

• Strong working knowledge of Linux/Unix-based operating systems.
