Site Audit & Compliance Lead

Key Responsibilities
Audit Management
- Lead site-wide internal, customer, regulatory, and corporate audits.
- Develop and maintain an annual audit calendar and audit readiness framework.
- Conduct periodic process audits and compliance assessments across all operational functions.
- Coordinate preparation of audit evidence, documentation, and audit responses.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for auditors and compliance reviewers.
- Ensure timely closure of audit findings and remediation actions.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to HP policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and customer commitments.
- Maintain compliance with information security, privacy, legal documentation, and operational governance requirements.
- Monitor compliance risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Drive policy awareness and governance programs across the site.
- Establish compliance scorecards and reporting mechanisms for leadership review.
Risk Management
- Identify operational, reputational, regulatory, and business risks.
- Perform periodic risk assessments and recommend controls.
- Track risk mitigation plans and ensure effective closure.
- Support business continuity and operational resilience initiatives.
Process Excellence
- Conduct compliance reviews of operational processes and workflows.
- Partner with Quality and Operations teams to strengthen process controls.
- Drive standardization and adoption of best practices across functions.
- Analyze audit findings and compliance data to identify improvement opportunities.
Training & Awareness
- Develop and deliver compliance, ethics, audit preparedness, privacy, and policy training programs.
- Create awareness campaigns to strengthen a compliance-first culture.
- Ensure mandatory training completion and policy acknowledgements.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Site Leadership, Operations Leaders, HR, Facilities, Security, Legal, Privacy, and Quality teams.
- Provide periodic compliance updates to the CCC Bengaluru Leadership Team.
- Collaborate with global compliance and governance teams on enterprise initiatives.
Reporting & Metrics
- Develop executive dashboards and compliance scorecards.
- Track:- Audit compliance rate
- Audit finding closure performance
- Corrective action effectiveness
- Policy adherence metrics
- Regulatory compliance metrics
- Training completion rates
- Risk assessment outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Quality, Compliance, Risk Management, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in compliance, audit, quality, governance, risk management, or operational excellence.
- Experience managing internal and external audits.
- Strong understanding of operational controls, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience supporting customer support, shared services, contact center, or operations environments.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
