• What you’ll do:

• Leads and develops process, solution(s) and capabilities over entire Services Quote to Cash lifecycle.

• Performs business analysis, identifies root cause, and develops recommendations/ solutions to drive process and platform improvements.

• Collaborates with Global HPE Operations functions, CSLV, Sales and Business Units on solutions, implementation and performance.

• Responsible for revenue and margin contribution of solution or related set of processes and capabilities.

• Utilizes understanding of customer business requirements to develop business case, validate the solution, and demonstrate services added value.

• Utilizes understanding of Services Partner business requirements to develop business case, validate the solution, and demonstrate services added value.

• Leads key business initiatives in support of operational or financial improvement

• Understands software development lifecycle and works in partnership with business and IT to develop capabilities.

• What you need to bring:

• Typically, 5+ years to establish proven track record in directly related Services Quote to Cash business.

• Typically, first level university degree or equivalent work experience; advanced degree is a plus.

• Knowledge and Skills:

• Exposure and understanding of Agentic and Generative AI use in Operational processes

• Exposure to development of automation tools using bots

• Moderate knowledge of IT and services industry knowledge of the company's organization, policies, services offerings, end to end processes, tools, and routes to market.

• General technical understanding of products and services

• General knowledge and experience with Services S4 platform and other boundary applications such as Services CPQ, Renewtrak, Salesforce.com

• Problem detection and analysis of root cause.

• Leads teams to achieve results.

• Proficiency with desktop applications and familiarity with financial reporting tools.

• Moderate level of planning, project management and change management skills.

• Proficiency with Process Improvement techniques.

• Good communication skills.

• Influence within same team and level.
