ServiceNow SPM Project Manager

Müller’s Solutions is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Project Manager to lead and oversee ServiceNow SPM implementations and projects. As a key member of our team, you will manage project timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow SPM solutions that align with our clients’ strategic goals.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management implementations and upgrades.
• Collaborate closely with clients, technical teams, and vendors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company standards.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Promote continuous improvement and adoption of ServiceNow SPM capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience managing ServiceNow SPM projects or related IT portfolio/project management implementations.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and Strategic Portfolio Management modules.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
• ServiceNow certifications relevant to SPM are an advantage.
