Job Description
Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB).
- Ensure effective CMDB design, population, and maintenance.
- Create and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client/server-side scripts.
- Implement integrations with third-party tools and external systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in ServiceNow.
- Maintain best practices for ServiceNow development and administration
Requirements
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of total experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
- Hands-on experience in
CMDB
.
- Strong knowledge of
ITSM
and
ITOM
processes.
- Proficiency in
JavaScript
,
Glide API
, and ServiceNow scripting (client-side and server-side).
- Experience with
ServiceNow integrations
(REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Implementation Specialist certifications preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
