Job Description

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, and HRSD
• Define and govern ServiceNow architectural standards, best practices, and platform roadmap
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance ServiceNow solutions for large enterprise environments
• Act as the primary technical authority for ServiceNow-related decisions and solution design
• Architect and oversee complex integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server
• Drive ITOM architecture including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB strategy
• Ensure CMDB data model integrity, governance, and lifecycle management
• Lead ITAM implementations including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM)
• Design and optimize Customer Service Management (CSM) workflows and omni-channel support solutions
• Architect HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions including case management, employee portal, and knowledge
• Review code, configurations, and customizations to ensure quality, performance, and security
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development and implementation teams
• Collaborate with business and leadership stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

• 17+ years of overall IT experience with extensive hands-on experience in ServiceNow
• Proven experience as a

ServiceNow Architect

handling large-scale enterprise implementations

• Strong expertise in

ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, and HRSD

modules

• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, CMDB, security, and data model
• Strong scripting experience using

JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide APIs

• Hands-on experience with

Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and ACLs

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using

REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server

• Strong knowledge of

ITIL processes and service management best practices

• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
• ServiceNow certifications such as

CSA, CIS, or CTA

preferred
