Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Supervision: Lead and manage a team of field engineers and technicians across multiple sites. Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain telecom equipment such as routers, switches, base stations, antennas, and fiber-optic systems. Perform site surveys, RF planning, LOS (Line-of-Sight) checks, and signal testing. Troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues and perform root cause analysis. Ensure proper documentation of network typologies, test results, and site audit reports. Coordinate with NOC (Network Operations Center) and backend teams for escalated issues.

Project Execution: Oversee and participate in network roll-outs, upgrades, and expansions. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Ensure completion of installation and commissioning as per project timelines. Participate in quality checks and handover processes. Requirements:

Education:

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.
