responsibilities

Communicate with customers regarding product complaints. Identify issues in received products and carry out necessary rectifications. Perform soldering work to fix PCB-related problems and calibrate products when required. Inspect assembled PCB boards and identify any defects or issues. Provide training to fellow colleagues as needed. Supervise manufacturing processes to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and with high quality standards.
